Time Schedule

Technical Session Hours

Technical Sessions are scheduled for Tuesday May 29th, Wednesday May 30th and Thursday, May 31st during the following hours at the Kobe International Conference Center 3F, 4F and 5F.

Authors Breakfast

All authors, the Chair and Co-Chair are requested to attend the Authors’ Breakfast (includes a light meal) in the Reception Hall 3F of the Kobe International Conference Center on the day they are scheduled to present.

Student Poster Hours

Posters will be on display in the Lobby of International Exhibition Hall No.2 throughout OCEANS’18 MTS/IEEE Kobe/ Techno-Ocean2018. Students will attend to their posters for contest judging and to interact with interested delegates during “core time”,coffee breaks and the Exhibitors’ Reception.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee breaks will be held at 12:30pm and 3:10pm on Tuesday, and at 10:10am and 3:10pm on Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibition Area located in Kobe International Exhibition Hall No.2.

Lunch & Awards Luncheon

Lunch Boxes will be served at the entrance to the Exhibition Area of Kobe International Exhibition Hall No.2 on Tuesday, 29th May and Thursday, 31st May during the below hours.
The Awards Luncheon will be held on Wednesday May 30th in the “Ohwada” banquet hall (1F) located in the south wing of Kobe Portopia Hotel.
