Local and Core Topics

Submissions related to OCEANS2018 LOCAL and MTS IEEE Core Topics will be considered. A list of topics is available here.
Abstracts may be submitted in one of three categories:

Categories

• Regular Technical Program: Abstract submitted for review, technical paper presentation in technical session at the conference, and publication in IEEE Xplore
• Student Poster Competition: Abstract, paper, poster presentation, and publication in IEEE Xplore. Open to any full-time student in an accredited program. Selected applicants, based on abstract reviews, will have travel and registration expenses subsidized
• Special Sessions (Workshops and Panels): Please contact the TPC Chair with requests.

Instructions

Abstract should be no more than 2 pages including all text, pictures, and references. The abstract at the top must also list the corresponding author and his or her institute or affiliation the paper is representing. (i.e. John Smith: University of Someplace).The originally-submitted abstract cannot be used as a substitute for the conference paper. Please note that abstract PDFs do not need to be converted through the IEEE Xplore PDF eXpress service.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to prepare and submit the conference paper (4 to 10 pages) for conference proceedings at the conference. Authors instructions can be selected to get details for paper requirements (Under construction).
